Mark DeSantis discovered the unique beauty of the Bolivar Peninsula during the summer of 2018 and decided to make Bolivar his permanent home. Mark and his wife Jody built their dream beach home on the Peninsula with the talented Cobb Home Construction Company and aptly named it "No Regrets".
Mark is very active in the Bolivar community serving on the Texas Crab Festival Charities Board, The Bolivar Peninsula Water Board and his neighborhood HOA Board. Mark and Jody have 5 children and 4 grandchildren that keep them busy. They love hosting friends and family at the beach, showcasing the beauty and charm of the Peninsula. From the world renowned bird sanctuaries, wide beaches, fishing the Gulf, and the historic Bolivar Point Lighthouse, the Bolivar Peninsula is a special place to call home.
Prior to Bolivar, Mark's career as a sales executive and his experience buying and selling his own homes in multiple states launched his passion for real estate. As an active investor in real estate, from home renovations, new construction, to long & short term rentals - Mark has experienced it all. Mark brings his sales negotiations skills, attention to details and real estate knowledge to his clients - always with the goal of making their real estate dreams a "No Regrets" reality.
