Maritza Delgado

My name is Maritza Delgado. I am originally from Cali, Colombia. My parents and I moved to the states when I was 3. We lived in New Jersey and New York then moved to Houston at the age of 6. I worked for AT&T Corp from 1997-2019 then began working in March of 2020 for MD Anderson. I work in the Lymphoma/Myeloma department and I am a Research Data Coordinator. I love my current job but I wanted to do more with my extra time so I decided to expand my experience and become a Realtor®. I received my real estate license in October 2024 and am very happy and excited for my new journey. I am also Vice President on the HOA board of directors for 2001 Bering since April of 2024. I have been with my husband Mark Noor for 13 years who just also received his Real Estate license in October of 2024. I have 1 daughter who is 22 years and she attends UH and is studying to be a speech therapist. She is also a singing artist in which she just released her first song this month in November of 2024 on all platforms. I have 2 furry babies, Romeo who is 10 and Eevvee who is 2. The majority of my family all live here in Houston, Texas which is home to me.
