“Marie Davis was ultra-knowledgeable and professional. This was a difficult situation: an estate sale. Poor Marie had to deal with two siblings squabbling over the estate and constantly fighting in court. The situation was very fluid. She handled it with aplomb, despite there being a few tough spots. I have never sold a house before, but Marie explained the process to me with patience so that I understood everything. She was available any time I needed her and on more than one occasion was willing to get down and dirty when it came to making the home ready for sale. I couldn t be happier about my experience working with Marie.”
