“We have known Mariam for many years, so it was a no-brainer for my wife and me to contact her when it was time for us to find our forever home. She helped us sell our Dad s house after his passing and made that process really smooth and quick, which we appreciated given the circumstances, so we knew she was the right person to help us with our next house. Initially, we weren t really set on a specific area or neighborhood, so we asked her if we could tour homes in several different parts of town. Mariam was agreeable, but ultimately, she was able to help us narrow down where our ideal location was, and helped us find a property that had more than we ever imagined we wanted or needed. She was able to find us a true diamond in the rough, a property that was already generating rental income and included multiple opportunities for further income generation, as well as a place for us to live on-site and enjoy our many hobbies. Once we got under contract, Mariam was a total rockstar and managed to negotiate 100,000 off the asking price of the property after advising us to get multiple inspections and expert opinions on the property and its multiple buildings. Once we closed, Mariam even stepped up to help us find the right contractors for renovations and improvements, and helped us with designing new floor plans and so much more. We highly recommend Mariam as a realtor and will absolutely hire her again if we decide to add to our investment portfolio ”
