“Maria Reudas has been an exceptional professional in every aspect of meeting the goal of selling my home . Her communication with me , throughout the process helped me have a framework within which I could make decisions along the way. Maria s positive attitude , based on her experience as a realtor as well.as her naturally positive and uplifting attitude , helped me to feel that we , my family included, were always taking the next right step toward a positive outcome. Maria also consulted me about her approaches and timing to apply strategies to get the best possible price when there were multiple people interested in buying the house . In the end her strategies helped me get the best possible price from the final buyer . We had a few obstacles ,in that the house wasn t ready in time to catch the bulk of buyers who were interested in making decisions about the upcoming school year. There was also a bayou reconstruction project that presented huge limestone and rock moving trucks to drive ,dump and park on the bayou behind my beautiful wrought Iron fence for weeks on end. The house had never flooded but the timing to improve the bayou was somewhat unsightly for several weeks after the first open house finally we had to deal with an extreme drought in Texas, specifically in Houston Katy,Texas where my home was built . Maria managed to be successful in her sale, despite these many barriers to the sale She is an exceptional outstanding excellent professional Realtor Maria Reudas is a genuinely bright and caring woman. Her positive attitude never left her despite the the long hours and the many tasks she accepted to make everything work on a day-to-day basis as well as the final and excellent outcome.
