“If I could give Mary 20 stars, I would. Mary helped us with a land purchase, and when I tell you she was TIRELESS, I mean it. I started the process knowing next to nothing about where we were going, just that we had to do it QUICK, and I wanted the best bang for my buck with our requirements, and let me tell you the requirement list was LONG - too long for me, even - I was so overwhelmed in the beginning I thought it was going to be impossible. To be honest, I don t feel she probably got paid enough for the sheer amount of work she put in for us with this property search and purchase. She located so many listings for our review with our specifications that it was hard to narrow it down, but she helped with that too. She interfaced with the county and tax office on all types of regulations just to make sure we had what we needed, as well as walked us through the process from start to finish. When we started, I genuinely dispaired we were going to get what we needed in the very small timeline required, but Mary never batted an eyelash, even when we changed direction 3 times - she just pivoted right along with us and kept it moving. I can honestly say we would not have been able to get placement if it wasn t for her. She was a godsend and made a harrowing process extremely easy and streamlined while tackling every challenge with grace and ease. I can not recommend her enough. She previously facilited the sale of my mothers house upon her passing, and helped my sister purchase her first home, so I knew she was good, but after this, I know she s AMAZING. 25 10 would recommend and I commend her for being an asset to her company because WOW Can t say enough great things ”

“Maria was excellent! She actually came to the house BEFORE we put it on the market to give us tips on how to render the highest sale price. She gave her very professional opinion on what to repair, how to stage, and offered contacts for reno professionals for the services we needed. We did end up going with our own bid reno professionals but that info was so helpful and her initial advice was invaluable. The selling process was great. We actually had a buyer come in and request a very big reduction and Mrs. Rocha absolutely refused, as her knowledge of the market and selling points of the home translated to higher value, where we - the sellers - might have taken a lower offer out of inexperience and anxiety. Our home sold for WELL above market value in the neighborhood thanks to Maria's hardwork and due diligence and we are EXTREMELY happy with the results. Thank you Mary so much! 10/10 would recommend. ”
