Maria brings over two decades of experience in the real estate industry offering a unique blend of expertise to her clients. She started her career as a mortgage loan officer in March 2000, where her deep knowledge of financing helped shape her insightful approach to real estate. Maria further broadened her understanding by working for Wells Fargo Treasury, gaining valuable experience and knowledge working with self-employed buyers. She also spent many years as a Certified Education (CE) instructor for real estate agents, specializing in Veteran Loans, sharing her expertise with others in the industry. A graduate of Sam Houston State University, Maria holds a degree in Business Administration and Marketing, which has further strengthened her strategic approach to real estate and social media marketing. In 2003, Maria became a real estate investor, igniting her passion for all facets of real estate, from finding the perfect investment to navigating market complexities. This hands-on experience has empowered her to guide clients through not only buying and selling but also making smart, informed investment decisions.
