I have more than 25 years experience in the customer service industry and passionate to serve my clients with integrity. Since I was a child, I had been behind the scenes watching my parents through the franchise they owned in the service industry. Making people happy through their lives was the main focus, and this is what I strive for. With my Art Degree, also I made Advertising from my creative side. I produced a product to the customer they can sell and my service to deliver, that is my goal in everything I have for my clients. Also, I have been a full time manager in the restaurant and bar industry during my career of Art. This showed me the value of the dollar and how to resolve problems. My positions in life have taught me to be patient and understanding as well.
