I have always loved everything there is about houses and real estate in general. It is absolutely my passion, in so many ways. I thrive on selling houses, going through the detailed negotiation process and most of all helping people with their real estate needs. It is so gratifying to see the looks on the home buyer's faces when they find the house that is perfect for them! And of course the look on the faces of the home seller's when they get a contract that meets their needs in every way. I am always honored when a client chooses me to help them through this process! I feel very strongly that it MUST be a win/win - in every instance! The client must get the results that perfectly meet their needs! As an added bonus, I am also a certified designer (International Redesign Professional, IRP) which affords me the opportunity to offer my clients a chance to use my services as a designer or stager!
