Mandy Gonzales
A native Houstonian, Mandy Gonzales, attended Valdosta State University and served as Business Development Manager for a major corporation. Her central focus was managing a large portfolio where she increased her client's return on their investment. This proved to be a perfect stepping stone into real estate where her keen attention to detail and great negotiating skills have been the anchors for which she has built a strong base of dedicated clientele.
Mandy's experience working with new home builders yielded invaluable knowledge pertaining to every step of a real estate transaction. Historic homes and ranches are very familiar territory to this consummate professional. Her love of interior design and architecture are tremendous tools as she guides buyers in finding the perfect home. Mandy puts great importance on staying abreast of the market in all key geographic areas of Houston. Known for her strong work ethic, she is able to give her clients a seamless transaction from contract to closing.
Mandy is a member of Houston Area Realtors, Texas Area of Realtors, National Area of Realtors, Houston Apartment Association, American Institute of Architects and The American Society of Interior Designers.
Mandy attends the Magnolia First Baptist Church. When not focusing on her career, she enjoys fishing and hunting, decorating and traveling. She is married and has two children.
