My sister and I toured these apartments and we actually really liked them. The units were nice and looked clean, and the property was kept up really well. There wasn’t any trash on the ground or anything, which was a big plus. It just felt like a place that’s taken care of.

Dont move here this place is over priced and not worth it they claimed they are all bills paid but they arent the apartments states my rent was supposed to be $1600 but with water bill and light bill included i get charged $1800 plus whatever other fees which amounts up to $2000 something every month they dont fix anything and ignore maintenance requests the maintenance man lives on property and doesnt fix nothing the gate is always broke i feel like a hostage waiting on someone to leave which makes me late to work it always gun shots kids playing in the street trash everywhere and mowing the lawn at dawn i regret moving here i see why they dont keep consistent tenants and doing special cause no one wants to live here im paying for spectrum and i have att im paying for pest control but dont even receive any services for that they need to shut these apartments down.
