Mackenzie Harper joined the Meredith Ferrell Group in 2018 and is a well-respected Sales Agent in addition to the team’s Director of Operations. Mackenzie’s strong organization skills keeps the team ahead of the game ensuring each transaction goes smoothly. "Mackenzie is one of the hardest working people I have met," Meredith Ferrell said. Mackenzie is in multiple networking groups where she is constantly working to find homes on and off the market for her clients. In 2023, 66% of Mackenzie’s deals were off market transactions. Mackenzie works with her clients to strategize and make sure they are prepared to present a winning offer, resulting in 75% of her buyers in 2023 putting in the winning offer in multiple offer situations. Born and raised in Missouri, she moved to Dallas to attend Southern Methodist University and eventually received her degree in Advertising and Fashion Media. Upon graduating, she never considered leaving the city that she had grown to love, and Dallas has been home ever since. After a brief stint in event planning, Mackenzie knew that she ultimately wanted to follow in her mother’s footsteps and utilize her excellent communication skills as a realtor. Mackenzie lives in the Devonshire neighborhood and is happiest spendingtime with her fiancé, Harrison, family and friends. When she’s not closing deals, she can often be found atPilates Barre, Drip Coffee, or taking a walk with Beverly, her Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Her favorite places to travel to are Steamboat Springs or Los Angeles, however, any place with a sandy beach is "A-Okay" with her. They specialize in the Park Cities, Preston Hollow, Devonshire, Briarwood, Greenway Parks, and Lakewood neighborhoods. Even though inventory remained historically low in 2023, Meredith and her team produced over $75 million in sales. Over one third of the team’s business was sold off market, a true testament to their market knowledge and relationships among colleagues and peers.
