Lynn S. Zarr Jr., knows how to sell. With a long list of achievements in real estate listings and sales, including being consistently recognized as a company-wide Top Producer every year since 2022, he believes strongly that "attitude is 99% of success." He enjoys all facets of the home buying and selling process, but finds dealing with people and the problem-solving part of real estate particularly challenging and fascinating.

A fourth-generation Houstonian, Lynn was profoundly influenced by his dad, Lynn, Sr., a former principal of Heritage Texas Properties. Having grown up in the real estate business, Lynn, Jr. is familiar with the neighborhoods in Greater Houston, and particularly knowledgeable about the "close-in" communities inside the Beltway.

Even with a lifetime of exposure to the real estate industry, Lynn believes there is always more to learn, and has completed additional studies to earn an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR®) & Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designations that attests to his enhanced expertise.

Personable and creative, Lynn values honesty above all else, and approaches his real estate career with great enthusiasm and focus. Tenacity and perseverance are his watchwords, and he doesn't rest until a job is done. His clients remark that his "creative eye and extensive market knowledge allow him to redefine success."

Still, he posses a finely honed sense of humor and, when he pulls himself away from work, is an avid golfer, hunter and fisherman. A graduate of the University of Texas with a BA in Economics, he is very involved in the communities he serves and has played an active role in such organizations as the Trotter Family YMCA, Briargrove Elementary, Post Oak Little League, Westminster Day School, CanCare, Avon Walk, and more. Above all, he is extremely proud of his family and children, Luke and Ellie.
