Lynn Wells holds a distinction that only other native Houstonians can truly appreciate. She is an "inner looper," second generation in fact. Having grown up in Bellaire and owned homes in The Heights, Montrose, Rice Military, Walden on Lake Conroe and now again in Bellaire, this Realtor® intimately knows the areas where she focuses her expert attention the most. She is poised and ready to represent the city she loves. Lynn specializes in attaining the right fit for her clients. She spent more than ten years as a luxury retail store manager drawing on her impeccable sense of style, engaging personality, fierce loyalty and exceptional customer service skills on a daily basis. To her clients she brings those qualities and much more as a tenacious, hardworking, honest, motivated professional who values integrity and excels in problem-solving. Her ability to embrace change and act on the courage of her convictions drive her to succeed in her work life as well as her personal life. A graduate of Bellaire High School, Lynn graduated cum laude from The University of Houston with a bachelor's of science degree in history. She is a single mother of young boy and girl twins who keep her busy and "young at heart." She is extremely close to her family who all reside in the Bellaire area. Lynn is also the proud owner of a rescue poodle and two cats who make her engage her vacuum cleaner much more often than she likes. As a Realtor®, Lynn has made a career out of helping people and has done so as a volunteer as well. Her enthusiasm for Houston's diversity and culture shows up in both areas. She is a proud committeeman for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, an organization that upholds and advances many things she holds dear – Texas' heritage, philanthropy and education. Lynn is also an active foster for Houston Cares, an organization whose purpose is to rehab and Houston's homeless pets.
