She personally handled inspections, coordinated with contractors she already had strong relationships with for estimates, helped us with repairs after the sale, and gave us straight facts about the neighborhood, traffic, and even flooding risks. You could tell she really knows the greater Houston area inside and out. What stood out most was how she guided us through the buying process without ever pressuring us. Even though everyone knows agents work on commission, Lynette focused only on giving us the information we needed to make the right decision--even pointing out to us how a selling agents were trying to entice her with a "full commission". Several times she said, "I'm vetoing this house". If you’re looking for someone who’s professional, knowledgeable, and truly has your back, Lynette is the one. We’d recommend her to anyone.”
