Is there a way to automatically email new listings to clients when they are listed?

I set up all my new clients on their own Portal through Matrix. If you haven\'t already set them up as a new contact, you can start a new search criteria and then create new contact when you have selected to send them an email. Scroll down to the bottom of the email set up and you can choose options on the timing of the Alerts. If you choose concierge, you will receive the alerts or new listings first. This way you can preview before sending them on to your client. Deselecting concierge will allow automatic Alerts to your client\'s email.

I called in to make an appointment to show a home and they asked for my showing code. Would that be my license #?

The answers here are correct, the code is a 4 digit code you set up when you create an account. I will also add, if you have not done so, go a head and set up an account. CSS is free unless you are listing the home. The App for your phone makes it much easier to schedule showings, and if you call them from the number you set up, they will know who you are and not ask you for the code.
