I choose to go with a relator rather than trying to do the sell myself. I wanted a well know company rather than picking an agent I knew from my church. I choose Remax. Luis was the person who answered my call. Luis agreed to meet with me many times when it was convent for me late in the evenings after work, church, etc. Luis gave me advice on what needed to be done to get the house ready for showing while I was in the process of boxing up my items to move. Luis moved items around the house and put them back where they were for so we could get pictures of the property. The company that took the pictures did a great job of showing the house both inside and outside. Luis worked hard to try and get feedback from agents that showed the house and didn't give feedback. He went by my home several times after I moved out of state to make sure the house looked and smelled great for showing. He went above and beyond to keep me informed on what was going on with the process of selling the property. He was awesome when we had a person interested in the property and the buyer's agent didn't want to show him the house over and over so he could make up his mind. Luis stepped in and showed the house to him. After doing this several times this person agreed to purchase the house. The buyer had no idea what he needed to do and my agent worked will with the buyer and me and never made me feel I was getting the short end of the deal. He was the perfect person to sell my property. I have told this story to many of my friends so when they need a relator they will call Luis. I will call Luis to be my agent if I ever move back to Texas." Read more
