Lucy Ware is an award-winning real estate agent, who is fluent in both Spanish and English. She is known for her amazing customer service and incredible expertise within the industry and the area. Lucy was born and raised in Southern Brazoria County and is proud to have raised her family in the area, as it is still the place that she calls home. Lucy is a devoted Christian, loving wife to her husband, Aaron Ware, and proud mother of three sons and one daughter. Lucy got her start in the real estate industry in 1998 and gained experience, both as an agent, and as a broker in her career. Lucy has deep knowledge of the real estate market throughout both Southern and Northern Brazoria County; as well as the Greater Houston Area. Lucy has specialized in single family, residential dwellings throughout her career, and has recently expanded her expertise into commercial real estate sales as well. Lucy is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, the Brazosport Chamber of Commerce, the Brazoria County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, as well as numerous non-profit organizations throughout the community. It is this drive to improve the community of Brazoria County and the lives of the people living there, that makes Lucy enjoy her job so much.
