Lorna Calder is a Real Estate Broker Associate with REMAX Universal serving Kingwood, Atascocita and Humble, with clients throughout the Greater Houston area. With nearly two decades of experience representing home sellers and buyers, Lorna combines deep local market knowledge with a strategic, advisory approach to residential real estate.
A longtime Kingwood resident, Lorna has extensive experience with the communities, neighborhoods and housing markets of Kingwood and Northeast Houston. Her work includes residential home sales, luxury homes, relocation, downsizing, move-up purchases and helping homeowners determine how best to prepare and position a property for the market.
Lorna believes good real estate representation begins well before a home is listed or an offer is written. Her role is to help clients understand their options, evaluate the financial and practical implications of their decisions, and develop a strategy based on their individual circumstances and the realities of the local market.
Over the course of her career, Lorna has represented hundreds of real estate transactions and more than $150 million in residential sales. She has earned REMAX Lifetime Achievement and Hall of Fame honors and has repeatedly been recognized among leading REMAX professionals in Texas.
Her professional designations include Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI), and Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE). Continued education, market research and professional development remain central to how she advises her clients.
