“Lori is the bomb.com, she is helpful, kind, patient and knowledgeable. She listens to your wants and needs and provides the best support she can. Whoever her boss is, you need to give her a raise and a corner office with a view, include one of those nice coffee machines too, not that generic desk top one, I m talking about one of those big ones that coffee shops charge 78 dollars for a cappuccino. That s the treatment Lori provided to me, that is what she deserves in return. Anyone looking for a person that understands customer service and doesn t want to waste time with someone who won t listen to you, Lori is your best option.
