Lorena DelVillar

Lorena DelVillar was born and raised in Houston, Texas, and has a deep appreciation for the city’s vibrant culture, diverse communities, and ever-evolving real estate landscape. Her lifelong connection to the area gives her a unique understanding of Houston’s neighborhoods and the needs of those who call it home.

Before beginning her real estate career, Lorena dedicated 20 years to the nursing profession, where she developed exceptional communication, organization, and patience skills that now serve her clients well. Her experience working with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds taught her how to listen carefully, respond thoughtfully, and manage complex situations with care and professionalism. Dependable, self-motivated, and a natural communicator, Lorena is committed to helping each client navigate the buying or selling process with confidence and ease.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Lorena takes pride in connecting with clients across cultures and building lasting relationships. She volunteers with New Caney ISD, is a member of the National Association of School Nurses, and enjoys being part of the Chica Chula's Book Club. Outside of work, Lorena loves spending time at the beach, jogging, cooking, and relaxing with her kids and pets. She is especially proud to have joined Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, where she continues to bring compassion, dedication, and integrity to every transaction.
