I began my journey in the real estate world in 1987, studying at a college in Tacoma, Washington, and kick-started my professional career in Houston, Texas in 1994. I have primarily worked with investors, assisting them in purchasing properties for both rental and resale purposes. My role also extends to managing these properties on behalf of my clients, ensuring they receive optimal cash flow.
As a specialist in Section 8 housing, I have extensive experience in renting to Section 8 tenants, often securing rental rates $200-$500 higher than those from non-Section 8 tenants. In addition, I collaborate with wholesalers on subject-to-existing-loan deals and various creative financing strategies.
My portfolio spans across a wide range of transactions, representing both buyers and sellers in deals involving resale homes, new homes, apartments, tennis academies, and multi-unit properties worth millions of dollars. I have established long-term professional relationships with most of my clients, working with them for 15 to 20 years.
