How do realtors stand out and be recognized by potential clients?

I’d have to say trust. They normally will know if they can trust you by speaking with your last client and asking them how were you to work with. That’s why references are important. Also, communication. Do they have to reach out to you before you reach out to them? Last I would say is how well you are educating them in the process. Especially if this is their first time.

Theft felony less than 7 yrs, looking for a rental home in humble area , very stable job with good income, fair credit . Finding it almost impossible to find a very decent place that will accept past conviction

If you have a felony, you want to get a realtor to search for places or landlords that accept felons. The best thing you could do is be honest and upfront. Everyone deserves a second chance. The best thing you could do is but a home.
