Lisa Swanson

In 2008, Lisa began working with Lucille Fendley. She quickly became an integral part of the team with her attention to detail and drive ensure a smooth transaction.

A native Houstonian, Lisa Swanson graduated from Duchesne Academy in 2000. She then attended Texas A&M where she was a member of the F.I.R.E club (Finance, Insurance and Real EstateSecretary 2002-2003) and Delta Zeta. During this time she became interested in Real Estate when she took her first job at Coldwell Banker United Realtors. Since then, she has gained extensive experience working with top producers in the Memorial market since 2006, majority of those years with Lucille Fendley.

Lisa's goal as a Realtor® is to make each transaction a pleasure through positive and productive professionalism. She realizes buying or selling a home is an important financial transaction and that it is an emotional and personal experience so she does her best to listen well and understand the emotions and individual needs of her clients. Working with honesty and integrity are important to her and have enabled her to build strong relationships with her clients and other real estate professionals. Just like Lucille, Lisa loves matching people to homes. She takes great enjoyment showing homes, writing contracts and handling details quickly and efficiently. Organized and thorough, she has become an integral part of Lucille's team. When working with Lisa and Lucille, they will guide each client step by step through the listing or purchase process to make sure each transaction is as special as the client.
