Lisa Chaney

Life-long Houston area resident Lisa Chaney's impressive portfolio makes her one of the Bay Area's most highly trusted residential real estate professionals. Lisa worked in commercial property management for six years prior to making the change to residential real estate sales. Her prior experience gives her a wide knowledge of all aspects of real estate and insight into the importance of property condition in pricing and marketing. Lisa is very conversant with new construction and offers new-home buyers valuable guidance in negotiations with home builders.

A believer in continuing education, Lisa holds the coveted Certified Relocation Specialist. Certified Negotiation Specialist and Certified Residential Marketing Specialist designations.

Lisa is a graduate of Milby High School. She earned a bachelor's of business administration from the University of Houston Clear Lake where she graduated magna cum laude. Lisa is married and the mother of two sons, one a graduate of Texas Tech University and the other a licensed Realtor. When not working, she enjoys activities as a University of Houston Football Booster and is a co-founder of the "Crank it Up Coogs Red Campaign."
