While negotiating moves to 6 different cities and 9 different homes in 12 years primarily while her husband, Leo, was a telecom executive, she became an expert in the highs and lows of relocating and developed very insightful insights and related skills on buying, selling and establishing roots, connecting with others and finding resources all while hitting the ground running. Her passion for real estate is evident in every transaction, whether representing buyers or sellers of luxury properties, city homes, condos, or suburban residences, land and new construction. Linda's in-depth knowledge of local areas, schools, and builders, combined with her expertise in real estate contracts and negotiations, has garnered her a fiercely loyal client base. Her knowledge and expertise has been valuable to both experienced buyers and sellers and especially to first-time homebuyers and newcomers to Austin. She has lived in Austin since 1999 with her husband, Leo, who is both her partner in life and business. They have three grown children, and two sweet and sassy English Springer Spaniels, Rocky and Coco.
