Lily Jang was born in Saigon, Vietnam, and came to the United States with her family in 1975 as they fled the war in search of the American Dream. Raised in Cypress, Texas, she later graduated from The University of Texas at Austin and spent years living and working across the country before returning home to Houston in 2012. Her life journey, marked by resilience and purpose, deeply influences the passion and integrity she brings to her real estate career today. Prior to real estate, Lily spent 23 years as a television news anchor, with roles in Amarillo, Alabama, Seattle, and Houston, where she served as the morning anchor at KHOU. Her extensive media background honed her skills in communication, marketing, content strategy, storytelling, and deadline management. She brings the same credibility, ethics, and drive that defined her journalism career into every client relationship. Lily often says, Trust is the currency of sales, and at the end of the day, all you have is your name a philosophy that guides her unwavering dedication to her clients. Fluent in Cantonese, Vietnamese, English, and a healthy dose of sarcasm, Lily is passionate about culture, community, and connection. She has traveled to over 70 countries, formerly worked as a published travel writer, and continues to embrace the thrill of new experiences. She proudly serves on the board of Dance of Asian America, supporting free public cultural performances in Houston. Of all her accomplishments, Lily is most proud of buying a home for her mother a heartfelt tribute to the parents who gave everything to provide a better future.
