Ligia Chacon's is a seasoned Realtor with over a decade of experience in multiple states across the Gulf Coast of the US. She enjoys educating clients of the process of buying or selling their home so they can make well-informed decisions and understand market data, pricing, negotiation, inspection, appraisal and finally the closing. Education is key she says, the more knowledgeable the client, the better the transaction. Ligia's holds a degree in Marketing with a major in communications from Elmira College, NY with Summa Cum Laude honors. This educational background has driven Ligia's passion for high-quality marketing in her career as a Real Estate Professional. Combined with her precise level of industry knowledge, every single one of her clients' homes are presented in their best light and with the goal of exceeding her clients' expectations. Prior to moving to The Woodlands in Texas, Ligia and her family's path have led them to several countries in Latin America, Europe, Asia, as well as many cities around the United States. Her exposure to different architectural styles across the globe has provided Ligia with a broad knowledge of the real estate and construction industries and provided her the understanding and adaptability necessary to work with clients from around the world.
