Leigh Rowan

Leigh Rowan is a born and raised Texan and has lived in the Texas Hill Country for 20 years. She grew up amidst the building and staging communities and extends that knowledge to her clients’ needs. She has also spent many years as a professional singer and songwriter and still performs around Austin and the Hill Country at public and private events. Leigh feels that it is truly one of the greatest gifts of all to do what you love for a living. That passion and energy is evident in her real estate career as well. She is kind, quick-thinking, compassionate, loyal, authentic, patient, and incredibly detail-oriented. She provides her clients with a seamless process, honest communication, expert negotiation skills and a high level of integrity throughout the buying and selling process. Leigh and her family live in the beautiful, hill country community of Spicewood just outside of Austin. Aside from music, she is passionate about yoga, cooking, dancing, hiking and meditation; even completing a 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2012. She loves to spend time outdoors with her friends and family, especially near the water. Leigh is honored to help her many connections with their real estate journeys in this sought-after location.
