My name is Leigh Beard and I grew up Corpus Christi but have lived in the Houston/Cypress area since 2005. I've been working in Real Estate since 2017 and have loved every second of it. My only regret is not transitioning sooner. My first year I was named Rookie of the year and since then have been a Million Dollar Top Producer each year. I have worked with clients in almost every Houston Metro including Cypress, Katy, Spring, Conroe, Willis, Sugarland Missouri City, Brenham, The Heights, Tomball, Humble, Richmond and Pearland to name a few.
Buying a home is such a huge blessing but I also understand it can be stressful as well. I am here to walk each and every client through the process no matter if they are first time or seasoned home buyers/sellers. Knowledge, communication, respect and personal connection is key to successful closings and is very meaningful to all of my clients. Referrals and repeat clients is my Real Estate Love Language.
In my spare time I enjoy hanging out with my family and friends. I love volunteering with my church, trying new restaurants, going to concerts and comedy shows as well as visiting Houston Zoo. Most important, I have 2 beautiful daughters that I am so very proud of. I look forward to helping you buy, sell or lease a home!!
