Kathy Morales Broker/Founder has been a licensed Texas Realtor® since 2002 and a Texas Real Estate Broker since 2006.   Kathy boasts over 20+ years of experience working with Houston's most prestigious luxury Inner-Loop Real Estate firms and Top Producers. In addition to being a member of the National Association of Realtors®, Texas Association of Realtors® and Houston Association of Realtors® she has held a certification with the Seller's Agency Council and Real Estate Buyer's Council.  Kathy is a proud member of the HAA-Houston Apartment Association.  Kathy has been involved in buying & listing resale homes and new construction homes. She has represented many of Houston's Inner-loop Builders and Property Management Firms.
