Leah M. Leggett started her career in real estate on the Developer Services team at one of Houston largest independently owned Real Estate Brokerages. With a focus on the new construction market for High-Rises, Condominium Conversions and Townhome Development, Leah was involved in all aspects of the marketing of such multi-million dollar projects as The Stanford, Bayou Lofts, The Tanglewood and Venti. From developing advertising campaigns and marketing materials to formulating sales strategies, Leah gained an in depth knowledge of the new construction market. When Leah made the transition into sales full time, she had the opportunity to work with several of Houston’s Top Producers. This allowed her to hone her negotiating skills as she learned from industry leaders.
