Howdy from Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas! As a proud ninth-generation Texan, I’ve built my 8+ year real estate career on grit, determination, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Since earning my Texas real estate license in 2016, I’ve made millions of prospecting calls, learning the power of persistence and achieving my goals.
Along the way, I’ve poured my heart into mentoring other agents, helping them reach new heights in their lives and careers while building the foundation of my own success. In 2019, I founded Agent Clubhouse, a coaching platform providing real estate professionals with expert advice, editable resources, and role-play sessions—all designed to drive accountability and growth.
In February 2024, my husband Spencer Ray, and I launched Clubhouse Realty Group, a successful and thriving team with focuses in buying, selling, investing, and leasing property. Together, we’ve built a reputation for excellence and collaboration, serving clients across Dallas/Fort Worth and beyond. Specializing in relocations to and through Texas, no one will beat us on customer service, going above and beyond, and getting our clients what they want and deserve. Beyond client service, I’ve embraced leadership roles to expand my impact in the real estate industry.
As Texas State Leader for eXp Young Professionals, I’ve grown my referral network by 10x, with agent-to-agent referrals serving as a cornerstone of my business.
In August 2024, I was honored to be elected to the Board of Directors for the eXp Women’s Impact Network, selected to a 16 person board from over 360 applicants. I was swiftly promoted to Vice Chair of the Women's Impact Network in January 2025 after my dedication and leadership was affirmably known to our committee and members.
Known for my mantra, “If you do the work, it will work, ” I operate with a steadfast focus on collaboration, strategy, and success. With a clear vision and strict 1/5/10-year goals, I am committed to driving production, expanding my team, and shaping the future of real estate through leadership, mentorship, and strategic innovation.
