As far as finding a home or area to live, the most important thing to know about Houston is that it is so large and spread out, it is comprised of many, many submarkets. \nAnd each submarket and suburb of Houston — as well as the interior areas of Houston — have a very different feel – almost like you’re in multiple, very different small towns. Due your due diligence and find a Realtor who truly knows the area and nuances of each community. \n\nAlso, don’t forget to factor in your daily commute - to work, the gym, places you frequent, and friends and family member’s homes at the times of day you will likely be driving. \n\nFind an area that speaks to you…that you really resonate with the vibe of the neighborhood, surrounding areas, and people. And research and experience in-person, all the different areas before deciding on a place to settle.
Yes, it can. But if the current owner secures a tenant and decides to sell the house in the future while the tenant is renting it, the new owner will be legally required to assume the existing lease at closing. In addition, the new owner will then have to honor the existing lease until the expiration date.
No, it is not. Anyone, anywhere in the country with access to the internet can login to HAR.com as a consumer and see HAR member’s listings. However, HAR.com only show listings that have been entered by an agent that is a member of HAR. If a Houston/HAR agent inputs a listing for another city into HAR.com (a house located in San Antonio, Dallas, Los Angeles, Seattle, etc.), then people viewing homes on HAR.com WILL be able to see it. But if you want to view ALL listings in all cities in all parts of the country, it would be best to utilize your access to RPR.com— or login to each city’s MLS separately to view up-to-date and available inventory. You cannot see all listings in the Nation just by viewing inventory on HAR.com.
Platinum agents are empowered by the most innovative and powerful technology tools HAR has to offer which are designed to enable clients with premium content, faster response time, rating and review and many marketing tools. Learn More ↗
