Liz began her real estate career in 2011, starting in the title side of the industry. Over the next six years, she advanced from Receptionist to Escrow Administrator for the Branch Manager. Throughout her time in title, Liz gained valuable experience in problem-solving and working with real estate investors to navigate unique situations and successfully close deals.
In late 2017, Liz transitioned to a well-known wholesaling company, leveraging her title expertise as a Transaction Coordinator. Her role later expanded to include Office Manager, where she spent the next three years deepening her knowledge of the investment side of real estate.
In early 2020, Liz joined Emerson Property Management, a company she believes in wholeheartedly. She shares their core values and is passionate about the positive impact that effective property management can have on people's lives. Liz is now a licensed Realtor® and focuses on leasing and resident relations, helping to create lasting, positive experiences for both tenants and property owners.
Outside of work, Liz enjoys spending time with her familyhusband Peter, daughter Persephone, and their pug, Kingsley. She also has a love for music, dance, and volunteering in her community.
