About Laura Belvin
My husband and I have been residents of Alvin since 2016 when we searched high and low for the perfect property to house our horses and allow us to grow our family. My career began when I graduated from University of Houston-Clear lake with a BA in psychology. I have worked for ALVIN ISD teaching 7th grade English for seven years before transitioning to real estate in 2023. My passion for real estate began when we purchased our first home, I loved the whole process of house hunting, closing and eventually turning it into our dream homestead. My goal now is to do the same for other families. Whether you're a first time home buyer, an investor, or living in a subdivision wanting to escape to country life, I am your agent. It is a goal of mine to specialize in farm and ranch sales to make even bigger dreams of property ownership come true. In my spare time I enjoy traveling with my family, hunting, fishing and horseback riding."
