LaQuana Nandrell Davis specializes in assisting families find the perfect home that meets their needs. She focuses on ensuring that her families buy homes in great neighborhoods with great schools. LaQuana is community minded as can be seen through her volunteer work as a proud PTO member and parent classroom volunteer of the elementary school that her three energetic children Madison(11yrs), Michael Jr(6yrs) and Morgan(5yrs) attend. She is married to her wonderful husband Michael G Davis and they are members of The Church at Bethel's family where she serves alongside her husband as Superintendent of the Life University Adult Christian Education Ministry and as a teacher volunteer within the Children's Ministry. LaQuana is originally from Lubbock, TX and now resides in Houston. She is a graduate of Cisco Jr College and Texas Southern University with an Associate's degree in General Education and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work. After graduating from college, LaQuana co-founded the Project Princess Mentor Program for at-risk youth and single mothers. The organization works with local middle and high schools and hosts Career nights, Entrepreneurship workshops, and self-esteem camps. Currently LaQuana Davis is a full-time licensed Texasreal estate professional with Brooks & Davis Real Estate Firm, LLC.She is a member of the National Association ofRealtors(NAR), Texas Association of Realtors(TAR), Houston Association ofRealtors(HAR), National Association of Real Estate Brokers(NAREB), HoustonBlack Real Estate Association(HBREA), and a National Public Notary. LaQuanaunderstands that the entire family has to be taken into consideration within the home buying process.
