I’m proud to have been with Ronnie & Cathy Matthews Group since 2010. My expertise is working with sellers and walking them through the process from listing, marketing, contract negotiations, pending process, closing, and beyond. Additionally, in 2022, I successfully earned the designation of Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS) by the Luxury Home Council. 

Our team’s marketing techniques include targeted social media ads, advertising on multiple websites, shooting and editing eye-catching videos of the listing and creatively using those videos on multiple platforms to gain exposure, reverse prospecting, featuring listings on our team’s professionally designed website while keeping each homeowner up to date throughout the process. My goal is to generate an offer on our client’s home at which point strategies are discussed to negotiate the offer to the best terms possible in order to reach our  goal of getting the home under contract and obtaining top dollar. Once under contract, I consistently provide weekly updates while navigating through the homeowner’s real estate journey from the sale pending process to closing and beyond. Communication is key – I’m available via phone, email, text and I pride myself on quick response times and excellent customer service.

A little more about me .. I was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, but moved to Texas in the mid-1980’s and have called Cypress home ever since. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and family. Together, we are the proud parents of four adult children (two Aggies (whoop!) and two Longhorns – hook ‘em!) and a little Shih Tzu named Ryder. My husband and I spend our free time supporting local restaurants and establishments, listening to live local music, wine tasting, walking, and traveling – one of our favorite destinations is our family-owned tiny cabin on a small, private island in northern Minnesota.
