Lance is a native Houstonian, born and raised. He attended San Jacinto College, The University of Texas at San Antonio and the University of Houston where he holds a degree in Business Administration. Lance has spent the better part of his career in customer service, where he has built a solid reputation of understanding his clients' goals and needs, and always going the extra mile to exceed their expectations .
