I've been in Abilene, Texas for over 46 years. A Texan through-and-through! I ended up in Abilene when my dad was stationed at Dyess Air Force Base.
My parents-in-law had been Realtors in Abilene since the 1980s. My wife is a Realtor who focusses on Property Management, and 2 of our sons are Realtors in sales in Abilene & Tampa.
I was an Abilene Police Officer for 25 years before obtaining my real estate license and retiring from Abilene PD. I have focused on various aspects of real estate, including having a construction background and personally flipping over a dozen units that needed extreme renovations, overseeing renovations for other home owners, having been a property manager, and representing buyers and sellers on the purchasing or sale of single family homes, multi-units, city lots, rural acreage, and commercial property.
I love anything real estate, and I love learning new areas of real estate! Keeps me from getting bored.
