A native Houstonian, Lance graduated from Memorial High School in 1980, went on to the University of Texas at Austin where he received his degrees in business administration and marketing, and attending graduate school at McCombs Graduate School of Business in Austin.
Since the 1980s, Lance Rosmarin has successfully acquired an influential background in building sales, office leasing, marketing and divesting. He also possesses wide-ranging understanding of business management through his experiences owning and managing both private and public companies.
The "Lance philosophy" as a real estate agent is that he must earn his clients business by putting their complete satisfaction first and foremost. He believes that satisfied clients generate repeat business and referrals.
Throughout his career, Lance has had the honor of representing many deserving clients in the Houston area. He first entered the world of residential real estate as a member of the David Young Team in the Memorial office of Coldwell Banker, recognized by the Houston Business Journal as one of the top five teams in Houston by dollar sales. He then moved over to Coldwell Banker's Young Realty Group in Bellaire, where he became a top producer, focused on the West University, River Oaks, Bellaire and Close-In Memorial neighborhoods.
In August 2017, I went from being a "sales associate" to a licensed "broker" and I joined the all-star luxury brokerage, John Daugherty Realtors, which in 2020 became Douglas Elliman.As of October 2020, I proudly joined Compass Real Estate in Houston as Broker Associate, a nationwide real estate brokerage, giving me a wide reach with tools and technology that I could never have before imagined; all to better serve my clients.
