Lucy was born and raised in Southern Brazoria County and is proud to have raised her family in the area, as it is still the place that she calls home. Lucy is a devoted Christian, loving wife to her husband, Aaron Ware, and proud mother of three sons and one daughter. Lucy got her start in the real estate industry in 1998 and gained experience, both as an agent, and as a broker in her career. Lucy has deep knowledge of the real estate market throughout both Southern and Northern Brazoria County; as well as the Greater Houston Area. Lucy has specialized in single family, residential dwellings throughout her career, and has recently expanded her expertise into commercial real estate sales as well. I moved to Angleton at the age of 2 when my dad got a job with Dow Chemical. We were raised in Angleton and I moved to Lake Jackson as an adult. I have driven a school bus, taught and directed a preschool and homeschooled my children. In 2005, I received my Real Estate License and went to work for American Realty and Charles Castleberry. I received my Broker license in 2009, and now am the owner/broker of American Realty after Mr. Castleberry passed away. I am married, have 3 children and 7 beautiful grandchildren. I continue to work for my buyers and sellers, keeping up with the latest contracts and marketing ideas. My hobbies are diving, traveling and being with family. Dena has lived in Southern Brazoria County her entire life. She is retired from Dow Chemical where she worked as Sr. Supply Chain Analyst. Dena is very knowledgeable of Brazoria County and everything it has to offer. Dena has personal experience as an investor with fixer-up properties. She purchased and renovated eight older houses and sold to new home owners. Dena can see the potential an older home has to offer as well as experience in new construction.
