Prior to joining the world of real estate, I was a teacher for 31 years and thoroughly enjoyed my time working with elementary age children. Every day brought something new! It was great background for a new career in real estate where an ever changing world brings new challenges each day. Kelly grew up in West Columbia, where most of her family still remains, and currently resides in Angleton. Kelly is a wife to Joshua Curtis and a mother to their son Jhett Curtis. They are a rodeo and baseball loving family. Kelly is an animal lover with 4 dogs and a pony named Nelson. This job change follows a satisfying career as a legal assistant in the community. Her skills, her lifelong residency in Brazoria County and her friendships in the community have all have come together for a new career as a real estate agent. Chris Byrd was born and raised in southern Brazoria County and is still a resident today. Chris attended Texas A&M University in Corpus Christi, and obtained his Batchelor's Degree in Psychology. After attending college, he decided to follow in his mother's footsteps, pursuing a career in real estate, as he had been around the business all of his life. Chris currently serves on the Public Relations and TREPAC committees for the Brazoria County Board of Realtors, and is also a member of HAR. Chris focuses on the fine details in a transaction and goes the extra mile to serve his clients in their home buying process.

Nicki is a Brazoria County native, graduate of Columbia High School. She resides in Freeport with her husband and best friend. They have 2 grown children, and a bonus daughter from China. Nicki began her real estate career in 2017 when she moved into a position as a licensed transaction coordinator for a top producing agent. She obtained a wealth of knowledge during her time there, before transitioning into a full-time realtor. She has handled hundreds of files from execution to closing, no two alike, giving her a diverse portfolio. Her attention to detail, care for each client and use of organizational systems have helped her be successful and ensure a smooth transaction for her clients. From volunteering and being part of the community and local organizations, she's created a large sphere of friends and affiliates, giving her a wide sphere to market her client's homes to. She looks at other agents as coworkers and seeks to maintain positive relationships with other realtors, lenders and title companies. She is also passionate about emotional healing, and the tools she's gained from her own journey are such an asset in a highly emotionally charged industry.
