“As a first time home buyer there were so many things that I didn t know about the home buying process and Geron made sure to explain everything along the way. He made the process very easy from start to finish and since I was looking at older homes specifically he made sure to point out some of the nuances that come along with that during showings. Once I got into the offer stage he made sure to explain all of the various inspections and timelines and he was able to negotiate seller credits as well as non-realty items.
