Since 2013, Kwon has been using his expertise in escrow, marketing, construction, and development to bring a balanced and broad perspective of the Houston real estate market to his clients. With a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a minor in Marketing from the distinguished Texas Southern University, Kwon is also a certified REALTOR® with a Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) certification. Additionally, he is a licensed mortgage loan officer in 13 states.

When he's not working, Kwon enjoys flying his drone, traveling, and screenwriting. He's even in the process of expanding his real estate business to California and New York, his favorite places to be. Kwon specializes in the River Oaks Area, Third Ward, Fifth Ward, Missouri City, Alief, Tanglewood, Memorial, Upper Kirby, and The Energy Corridor.
