After an amazing experience using Mona Moreland as our listing agent a few years ago where we ended up selling our house in 48 hours with multiple offers over asking price, we put our trust in Mona again. This time she served as our buyer's agent on a new home purchase. We could not be more pleased with the outcome. As recent empty nesters with discerning tastes, a practical budget, and no idea what we wanted, Mona was extremely patient and helped us work through our decision space. The outcome was the perfect home in a perfect location at a perfect price. Mona carefully listened to what was important to us and helped gently steer us to exactly what we were looking for. I cannot say enough positive things about Mona and her team on the process of finding the perfect home, negotiating the proper offer, setting us up with the best lender, and making sure that we had thought of everything every step of the way. Mona Moreland and Newcomb Realty Group are the winning team and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them whether you are buying or selling.

Newcomb Realty Group is great, but what makes it great is the realtors and their staff! We had the pleasure of working with Mona Moreland! We were doing a corporate relo from Orlando to Houston and had no idea where we wanted to live because we had only ever been to Houston once or twice! She recommend schools to research, areas to look in, etc. We knew we wanted to be in a radius of my husband's work and she stuck to that. We also had a budget and she wasn't someone that was like "well then we need to actually look at houses in the price range because we can negotiate it down". We personally hate that because what if they don't negotiate down and that is the house you love... and now you can't get it. When we found the house we wanted she negotiated it down without us even having to ask... we figured it being a new build there wasn't room for that but she proved us wrong. I can't recommend Mona enough! She made the buying process so easy for us.

The Newcomb Realty Group helped me on the purchase of my 100 acre property. They were extremely easy to work with and enjoyed how organized they were throughout the process. They know other agents through their network throughout the country and introduced me to a few as I may be selling my home in Indiana soon.
