Kristi Neal

C&K Properties was founded in 2007 by Christy Echols and Kristi Neal. C&K Properties is a real estate brokerage firm specializing in close in neighborhoods like West University, Southside Place, Bellaire and River Oaks as well as the Memorial area. Kristi is a longtime Southside Place resident. A graduate of Texas Tech University and the University of Houston Law Center. Kristi's knowledge of the markets she serves and her overwhelming desire to create a positive experience out of the buying and selling process makes her well prepared to succeed in the real estate business. Kristi is a skilled negotiator that utilizes her law degree in many areas of her real estate sales practice. Not only does Kristi have expertise in the buying and selling process, she is a trusted advisor that provides all of her clients a concierge service beyond the transaction. As a resident of Houston for nearly 30 years, Kristi is knowledgeable of the Houston market. In addition to building a successful business, Kristi makes it a priority to spend time with her family and volunteer in her community. She has 3 children; Cameron, Preston and Kate. She served on the board of West University Little League from 2003 - 2007 and held the title of President for the 2005 and 2006 seasons. She has been a volunteer Child Advocates, Inc. for the past seven years. She serves on the City of Southside Place Board of Adjustment.
