In 2010, Kristen and her family moved from Magnolia, Texas to Caldwell, Texas in order to be closer to a restaurant they own and family. She loves serving in her community, and has been a former trustee of the Caldwell Independent School District Board, former chair on the Burleson County Welfare Commission Board, and former director on the Burleson County Chamber of Commerce. She is currently active with the Burleson Health Resource Foundation and Boys & Girls Club. She has a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. Her financial background from her education and previous employment as a bank assistant manager gave her experience in real estate which led her to owning rentals and investment properties. In 2012 she completed her first major renovation project. Since then she has rehabilitated over 15 homes in Burleson County, with more to come. She brings market expertise, professionalism, communication and negotiation skills. She is an Accredited Staging Professional and a HAR Social Media Pro. She has also been ranked as the Number 1 listing agent in Burleson County and has remained a top listing agent with the Bryan College Station MLS and number one in HAR for Burleson County.
