Kim Carlisle

A veteran real estate professional with over eighteen years of diverse industry experience, Kim Carlisle is proud to be a part of the Better Homes & Gardens Gary Greene Team. In this time, Kim has guided buyers, sellers, and investors in many different areas of real estate, including property management, leasing, and residential sales. While her kids were young, Kim stepped away from her real estate career to allow for more time with her family, and to run their magazine publishing business with her husband. In 2021 Kim returned to real estate full time, and in 2023 she joined one of the top teams in the Gary Greene organization and the Bay Area, the Frenk Team.
Kim is a dedicated Realtor with a true commitment to ensuring her clients achieve their goals. Her relationship with her clients is of the utmost importance and goes beyond the bottom line. In her free time, Kim enjoys spending time with her family and friends relaxing in the pool, at the Frio river or Canyon Lake, or watching Astros baseball. She also enjoys serving on the meal team for The Sanctuary Foster Care Services, and has served on the PTA at her kid's schools and supported booster clubs for various organizations. Kim says, I've spent many years cheering on my kids from the sidelines at baseball, football, soccer, cheer, etc I'm ready to be my client's biggest cheerleader with their real estate needs!
