I'm Khai Tran, a Houston real estate agent and co-founder of CGP Realty Group, brokered by eXp Realty, LLC. I've been licensed in Texas since 2014. Hien Le and I founded CGP in 2019. I hold a BS in Marketing and Finance from Trinity University and an MS in Accounting from the University of Houston.

Then we look at recent sales, timing, and the full numbers so you have a clear picture before you decide.
